Where can I book the tickets?
In each port we have a sales office
What do I do if the boat don't leave in bad weather?
You can go where you bought the ticket and make a change of day. If the guest can't go next days, the money can be refund.
When do swim stop start?
We usually start swim stops in mid-May until the end of September, always depending on weather conditions. Please consult sale point to get the updated information.
How long before I must to be in the harbour?
You must be 5 minutes before the departure time, It's enough if you already have the ticket. If you don't have the ticket, 15-20 minutes to avoid the rush.
Is there a bar on board?
We have a bar on board
What do I need to bring for the boat trip?
You only need to bring the swimsuit (If you rant to swim) and the desire to enjoy. If It's cool, It's adviseble to bring a jacket.
What does "Glassbottom" mean?
It means that our boats have an underwater vision, 100% submerged windows, in order to have a wide view of the island.
Can I get off the boat and know some place or is It just a roundtrip?
You can choose the site you prefer from all the areas that we are operating between Cala Ratjada and Calas de Mallorca.
